We are very excited to be able to have a chance to share with you what we have been up to as a team. As you know we are in this for the long haul and have been building consistently since day one. What you may not know is we have had great sucess! In this edition of NotEssential news we will break down events, international partnerships and upcoming plans.
Firstly, thank you. Thank you to all of you amazingly supportive and interactive members of the NotEssential family. Without you none of this would be possible. Keeping you up to date is a priority so here we go with the rundown from marketing to community growth and everything in between.
Events
We have attended many events in the last two months and have many more to come.
We kickstarted the month with the first NFT Sydney rooftop event at sweethearts bar with over 200 attendees and our good friend Dave Goodes from The Potbelleez on the decks. This event launched NFT Sydney as the go to IRL event in sydney as many connections were made and people were comfortable being in their own web3 skin!
These connections continued as we had the pleasure of meeting new friends and founders at the Aussie Crypto Convention where we hosted a before party at the metabar alongside NFTSydney & NFTMelb. As we have seen our connections grow these events allow time for growth with new founders and new communities. This is not by happenstance. We have spent much time building the connections necessary to push NotEssential forward meeting our collective goals shared throughout the Web3 space as well our overall lifestyle brand. This latest event proved to be a banger, as usual, providing connection and growth for all. We are looking forward to building together with our new friends and staying consistent on the development of NotEssential in conjunction with all those we have met so far. Our focus on collaboration instead of competition has shown great benefit as well as opportunity.
Environment
To add to this past weekend and all the events along the way. We celebrated World Clean-up Day. This event stretched worldwide binding communities from Thailand, the Philippines, south Africa, Germany, the US and more. This level of coordination and communication is imperative to our impact for environment. As we grow with all of our associates and advisors so will our network of change.
We started with small beginnings but our presence as a family, lifestyle brand, and team in this space is making huge waves and leaving smiles in the wake.
The larger piece of the pie here is our collaboration with Guam. This past week we have finalized and submitted our proposal to their government and can confirm approval. What we can tell you is that all meetings and discussions have gone well, and we look forward to having a long term mutually beneficial relationship with the whole of the Island and its people.
Education
Part of our mission at NotEssential has consistently been education. We have applied this through the alpha chat within the discord, in our daily calls, at every event and we are now hoping to take it all to the next level. As we have mentioned previously, we seek not only to incorporate social events and environmental impacts, but we will also continue to spread Web3 awareness along with blockchain education to all we can. The upcoming inclusion of Guam and Indonesia into our NotEssential ecosystem is only the first step in this massive change. Our aim with this entire development is to benefit all, from our holders to those whose way of native life is preserved and taught via the same ecosystem. People who can work with the environment as well as navigate developing technologies are key, we seek to provide them the ability to build and grow as we have together through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
In other news….
In case you did not know we have had several births in the family the last few months and we are proud to add our very own Shazza McDazza to the list of fathers among the team. The fruits of life continue to show and grow in all of us. We wish the same upon you all. A fruitful life is a happy one and the result of grateful dedication.
Word of the Month
Dadirri:
At NotEssential we know that we are all essential. Moreover, we have learned to listen. This is not only externally but internally. There is a balance between all things. A collective calmness, a peace that is available. Consistently as individuals and as a team we have sought this peace. We are beginning to have more of it as a result of our dedication to all of you and the clear path before us. This life of experience and connected communities have caused quite a reflection and understanding of our way forward. The most appropriate term for this occurrence is dadirri. Dadirri is a word that comes from a description of deep-water sounds. however, these sounds from the deep refer to the well within. Dadirri is connecting and deep listening to what is, all that is, to profoundly connect with nature and the conciousness of all that is a well spring within us. By progressing in this practice, we can clearly see the way forward and benefit all we come in contact with. May you learn this practice and apply it daily to increase your joy, understanding and wisdom that you may grow everything you touch.
Kind Regards family,
Your NotEssential Team
